3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 35ph Casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 35ph Casino reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 35ph Casino is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your 35ph Casino account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35ph Casino login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify 35ph Casino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 35ph Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 35ph Casino Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 35ph Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine-issued debit cards. 35ph Casino does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 35ph Casino aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; GCash withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 35ph Casino is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 35ph Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 35ph Casino reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players.
6.1 35ph Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
6.3 35ph Casino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 35ph Casino shall be final.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 35ph Casino reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means.
7.1 Each game available on the 35ph Casino Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on the 35ph Casino Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness by accredited testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on the certified game mathematics.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. Where criminal activity is suspected, 35ph Casino will report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 35ph Casino Platform may do so by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 35ph Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 35ph Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 35ph Casino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 35ph Casino's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35ph Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.1 35ph Casino collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent 35ph Casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
